Questions about an order
MisterGrip orders placed through our order links are processed by the official MisterGrip™ retailer. For anything about an existing order, such as payment, delivery status, address changes or cancellations, please email official MisterGrip™ support at support@get-mistergrip.com and include your order number. They can see your order and act on it directly.
Installation and usage help
Most suction problems come from the surface, not the handle. Before contacting anyone, try this:
- Make sure the surface is smooth, flat and non-porous, such as glazed tile, glass, marble or fiberglass.
- Avoid grout lines, textured tiles, painted walls and wallpaper.
- Clean the surface and the suction cups, then dry both completely.
- Press the handle firmly and flip both locking clips until they click.
- Check the attachment before every use. If it moves or loosens, remove it and reinstall it.
